Who we are

Fayvad helps organisations understand land, turn spatial data into intelligence, and build the systems needed to act — from the ground to the digital system.

We work across land and cadastre, geospatial intelligence, digital systems, data and analytics, and technical advisory. Professional surveying sits inside the practice, not beside it.

Based in Kenya and working across East Africa, we are available for regional and international assignments — including remote analytical and advisory work, with field components supported through appropriate local arrangements.

How we work

We do not treat GIS as map production alone, or remote sensing as image processing alone. We combine surveying, Earth observation, spatial analysis, information systems and domain knowledge to produce evidence institutions, infrastructure owners and landowners can use.
